These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pg gaming platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pggaming.win, registering an account, or using any service provided by pg gaming, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pg gaming with respect to your use of the platform. Continued use of the site after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use pg gaming, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

pg gaming reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these terms.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each person may hold only one account on pg gaming. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. pg gaming will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. pg gaming is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. Two-factor authentication, where available, is strongly recommended.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of pg gaming, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity using the platform or associated payment systems.
- Not attempt to access accounts belonging to other users or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines and your place of residence.
- Not share your account credentials or allow third parties to use your account on your behalf.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on pg gaming are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are processed through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — using third-party payment accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method used and may be subject to verification requirements before funds are released. pg gaming reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or identity verification concerns are identified.
Bonus funds are subject to the terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is claimed, including applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
6. Limitation of Liability
pg gaming provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will be free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pg gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall pg gaming's total liability to any user for any claim related to the platform exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and pg gaming does not guarantee winnings.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
pg gaming reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Verification documents submitted are found to be false or misleading.
- A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applies to the account holder.
Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to identity verification. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on pggaming.win — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and the overall platform design — is the property of pg gaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express written permission of pg gaming. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action. The pg gaming name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
pg gaming may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered with your account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
